开晓山,合肥工业大学数学学院教授,博士生导师,2011年合肥工业大学博士毕业。主要从事代数编码理论研究,在国内外学术期刊上发表论文40余篇。2018年获安徽省自然科学奖一等奖(第二完成人),主持国家自然科学基金面上项目两项和安徽省自然科学基金面上项目1项。

Abstract:Let q be a prime power and m≥2 be a positive integer. In this talk, we discuss q^2-ary images of q^2m-ary constacyclic codes under a basis and their application to quantum codes. A sufficient condition for q^2-ary images of q^2m-ary constacyclic codes to be Hermitian self-orthogonal is presented. q^2-Ary Hermitian self-orthogonal codes are obtained as the images of q^2m-ary constacyclic codes. Two classes of quantum codes are derived by employing the Hermitian construction. The construction produces quantum codes with better parameters than the previously known ones.
